WHY Crossfit eos?
Beside the obvious fact that Eos was a Greek goddess chick and we think Greek goddess chicks are powerful, hot babes, there is a deeper more fundamental reasoning behind the name.
As the goddess of the dawn, Eos (that's her on the far right) would open the gates of heaven each morning to allow her brother, Helios the Sun god, to ride his chariot across the sky. The actions of Eos would bring the promise of a new day to everyone.
