"What is Fitness?"
An excellent article that will make you think about fitness from a whole new perspective.
"Foundations"
This article explains exactly why you need CrossFit and so does your gramma-ma.
Tim Romanski is a Cross-Fit certified trainer and co-owner of CrossFit Eos. Tim is an Erie native who has been involved in sports and physical fitness for most of his life. After assisting the Strong Vincent Colonels football team to their first state championship in 1991, he went on to graduate summa cum laude at Gannon University in medical technology.
After working for Associated Clinical Laboratories as a hematologist for a year, Tim decided to join the Erie Fire Department. For eleven years he has proudly served the Erie area as a firefighter, EMT and ice/rescue diver. During this time physical fitness has played a key role in his ability to stay healthy and functional. He currently resides in the city of Erie with his wife and three children.
Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
